They responded quickly. .
Very nice and polite and VERY HELPFUL!
I didn't even get to test drive the car. They just push the car on me. I ending up buying the car the car had tire light on and engine light. Which I found out after buying the car as is.
They got back to me a couple of days later but they were helpful.

Almost purchased this junk , compression was awful . This car wasn’t probably worth 6 k motor needs a complete rebuild DO NOT BUY

Took a little bit longer than expected but if i would rate lorenzo Ford i would say 90 out of 100 went for a 2011 walk out with a 2019 no regrets!!!
