Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful salesman, who got me a new set of floor mats. Easy financing. Responded right away to my online inquiry. Told me who to see the next day when I came in. The truck looked even better than the photos. Everything was as advertised. Even though it’s not the closest Ford dealer to me, I’ll probably go back when I need another vehicle.

Only 3 stars because of Cruz who was very helpful && apologized after the disappointment... I drove 2 hours while communicating with arnaldo Gomez telling me the car was still available. When I arrived he didn’t come out && the car had been sold earlier that morning.

The worst experience I’ve ever had made to wait 30 minutes before someone talk to us that’s after having an appointment salesman arguing on who was going to take care of us the car was a hot mess old tires dirty missing components and dealer was not willing to negotiate will never go back or recommend anybody
