Worse experience in my life. I went today to buy the car. I loved the car but they invented an history that someone from Tallahassee was buying the car. And they increased the price to 29000 they said that if I want the car I need to pay this amount. This is not a serious dealer
I was immediately contacted concerning my interest in a new F150. After initial discussions, two team members followed up with calls. At no time did they apply pressure to make a deal. Ultimately, through no fault of the sales team were we able to make a deal. However, without a doubt, the next time we're in the market for a vehicle, we'll visit Lorenzo Ford !!

Honestly one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever been apart of. Check my google review it sums everything up. Manny is honestly one of the most useless people currently breathing on this planet. Never called me back, wouldn’t answer emails, wouldn’t answer when I called myself. Maria is an absolute pain as well, just gaslights you into believing you’ll be helped. Don’t buy if you’re out of state

They were very helpful with information regarding the vehicle however I changed my mind and never made it to the dealership however communication was great along the way
Awful! I called, made an appointment to see the car I wanted to purchase. Was pre-approved for a loan, took the car for a test drive, had my car assessed for a trade in and then was told that the car was already sold to someone else. Mind you, we had driven 3 hours during a tropical storm to do the sale. Never again would I give them my business.
Dealer sold the car I was scheduled to see. Didn’t call me to tell me that, instead sent me what they had available. Lost opportunity.
