My husband has recently had an operation and on returning from hospital we encountered a medical issue that needed to be addressed promptly. I completed a triage form and was promptly rang by Sarah the paramedic. Well, my husband and I can’t speak highly enough about her. She arrived and she/we discussed my husband’s symptoms. She then started us on a plan of action which sorted things out. She even gave us a follow up call the next day to see how things were! Sarah is a credit to Lordswood Surgery.
