I submitted a request via anima at 8am, and was given an appointment for 2pm the same day which I was very grateful for. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting area before being seen by the Doctor. The same can be said for the few appointments I have requested over the last couple of years. No complaints at all about anima or the Doctors.
