I'm writing a review about a receptionist who is always very rude to patients. She sits at the reception desk for physiotherapy appointments in Lordship Lane. I didn't see her name on any of her badges because she didn't have one. She's a young, dark-skinned woman with long, black curly hair. She's very rude to patients. Very rude, unprofessional, receptionist, who was at work on Friday August 22 at around 11:45, to explain her identity to the person in charge, and she responded angrily to a polite question.
Three wonderful ladies who treat you with respect and their service is 100% and your appointments are on time so you do not have long.
