We sold our house through Lora Elizabeth’s and the sale (STC) completed quickly—within 48 hours—which was definitely a positive. We ended up doing the two viewings ourselves as Lora wasn’t available at the time, but since we agreed on this beforehand, it wasn’t an issue. However, communication throughout the sale was lacking.
