The telephone consultation with Dr Pathak was brilliant, he was upbeat, but understanding, listened to my needs and did not dismiss my pain. He was happy to discuss my ideas for moving forward with my healthcare needs. It was such a lovely refreshing change to speak to a Dr who actually treated me like a human being. They have been great with me and do much more than the old ones. I do wish the waiting queue for appointments wasn't so daunting and long when your ill you don't want waiting in a queue lol
