Dreadful place for vulnerable people, I had a vulnerable relative living here who on one occasion had their essential medication deliberately withheld from them. Their place was absolutely filthy with cockroach infestation, she was offered no help apart from a couple of traps. Also flooring was damaged in the hallway which was a complete trip hazard and only got repaired after I intervened. Staff were rude and unhelpful and turned a blind eye to my relative being exploited by other residents. Really I have nothing good to sa... read more
