I’m so disappointed in Lontex Cargo. I asked why my package was delayed and was rudely told it had been taken apart and to just wait. When I asked for more information, like why it was even taken apart or when I can expect it, they completely stopped responding. It’s now day 3 of silence. At this point I honestly feel like this might be a scam. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
