We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Dan and his team. Communication was a major issue; our preference for email communication was met with frustration from Dan, who deemed it inappropriate. The tiler that Dan employed exhibited a "good enough" attitude, failing to adhere to the plans we provided before the start of the project. They made changes in the tile format without informing us, and when we finally saw the results in daylight over the weekend, the tiles clearly did not match the plans and l... read more
Dan and Dan were absolutely fantastic, arrived on time, straight to work, quickly identified what was causing the leak and within 15-30 minutes, they'd fixed it and tidied up after themselves. Extremely reasonably priced as well. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.
