Longsons, particularly Imogen was great throughout the whole buying process. She kept things moving and would regularly check in. This was great as I was a first time buyer.
We recently bought our property through Longsons, we were moving from Essex so everything had to be addressed from a distance. Imogen and Kyle were amazing with the communication and recommending local tradespeople etc. We would definitely use their services if we were going to move again! Not forgetting Gary’s video of the property, it really helped with the visualisation of the property!
Would highly recommend longsons Swaffham who we used for our sale and purchase. They have a great personal approach with a good market knowledge. The communication from Kyle and the team was excellent keeping you informed all the way. After trying to move a couple of years ago with different agents and some failed sales we gave up. We were very dubious to try again but thank goodness we did as it all went very smoothly. Thank you so much to Kyle and all the team for making this a much better experience.
