We've used Long's for years and enjoy their friendly knowledgeable service. Scott was on-time for our appointment and completed the maintenance work timely and efficiently.
Jim came out performed a water test and we saw how bad our municipal water really was. Jamin arrived on time and provided a clean and professional installation. When the installation was complete he went over the system with us. After only a few days we can taste and feel the difference in our water quality. We wish we would have done this sooner.
Today started off with a leaking 16 year old water softener. I feared the worst and was worried that getting a service call in before the holiday would be impossible. Well, Long’s really came through big time. Not only was Ryan able to fit me in the same day, but he was able to repair the leak too. I really appreciated how professional and helpful Ryan was. We received outstanding service in addressing our pump short cycling issue. The service techs resolved the initial issue and followed up with trouble shooting to diagnose the second issue to completely resolve the problem.
