We bought an EcoWater softener 19 years ago from Longs. We never had an issue. Unfortunately, it just stopped working. A call to Longs and they installed another EcoWater. Ben did a great job replacing the system and walked us through the details of use...he was great. They came back to check the water a few weeks later and everything was perfect. Long’s customer service is awesome. I’m looking forward to having our new water softener at least 20 years.

Neat, clean and professional service
Quality service at a fair price...Water heater leaked & had to be replaced on Black Friday of this year so I called Long's & left a message on their emergency voice mail. Jim promptly called me back with a price & replaced it same day. I also have a water treatment system I purchased from them. Product & service are exceptional. Highly recommend this company.
