Scott was great at explaining the different options in getting us setup with the right system for my family. Brian installed my water softener in a timely manner and was very patient in explaining how to work the system and answer all of my questions. He was very respectful and curious. I would highly recommend this company.

Bryan was out to service our UV light and water softener. Provided excellent service and was very professional. The UV light glass was scheduled to be cleaned and he looked at it and said I didn’t need it. Saved me $75 on the call. That was a great sign as they are not just trying to charge you for whatever they can. Looking out for the customer. A+

We had Bryan come in and service our neutralizer recently. He was very thorough and explained step by step what he did. I found him to be very helpful and trustworthy. I will definitely request him again!
Bryan P. came to my home last week to service my UV light and the rest of our water softener system. He phoned ahead to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time. He was personable and professional. He worked efficiently and left the work area cleaner than he found it. We recently had Bryan P install a UV light system onto our existing water /well system. Bryan P was very professional and explained everything to us. He was diligent with install and left his workspace as clean as prior to his working in the area. I would highly recommend him as well as Longs.
This company is TOP NOTCH. Jamin K. Installed a new water heater for us and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. We are so appreciative of his hard work. I recently bought a home with a water softener and purifier and didn’t know much about them. I called longs echo water systems to come and inspect it and educate me on the products. The customer service was fantastic as well as Brian P, the tech that came to my house. He answered all my questions And made sure I understood how everything works.
