Ben and Mike did a great job today fixing my outside faucet. We were having pressure issues with this faucet and thought the faucet itself was blocked and needed to be replaced. While they did replace the faucet we still were experiencing lower than adequate pressure. Through their thorough investigation they discovered a previously repaired plumbing connection that had a fitting that was restricting water flow due to improper installation. Jamin did a great job servicing our system (changed UV light and repaired chemical pump). Also recommended a RO system - which we did have him install about a week later - to address some additional concerns my wife had. We have not had any water quality issues since we switched to Long’s. And we appreciate the professional service.
I’m very pleased to write a posting for two employees. One is Ryan and the second is Brian. Really great people know what they’re doing great customer service. I wished I had known about this site before I would’ve written for both of them on previous visits for an issue that I’ve been having with my water. Which they have taken care of.
Ryan and Jamin were great - flexible and professional- explaining everything to me and conferring with my husband by phone - great job!
Jamin installed our UV unit. The process was smooth from start to finish. He took the time to explain the unit and associated maintenance requirements. He answered any and all questions I threw at him. He is very personable and knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong with Long’s!
We replaced our old soft water system with an Ecowater system. The service tech (Jamin) from Long's was very proficient and willing to explain what he was doing. He also was very respectful and courteous. The work was completed in a speedy manner and the overall price was very reasonable as far as we are concerned. Bryan was very professional. He called prior to coming to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. He explained step by step as to what he was going to do to install the new system. After installation, while waiting to test the water, he thoroughly cleaned up after himself leaving nothing behind. Once clean up was completed, he explained in detail to me just how the new system works. I would highly recommend Long’s Water Service and the technician Bryan!!!!
Ryan arrived on time, was efficient, neat and completed service on our water conditioner with a smile. Thanks !!
