We received outstanding service in addressing our pump short cycling issue. The service techs resolved the initial issue and followed up with trouble shooting to diagnose the second issue to completely resolve the problem. As has been our experience with Long’s Water Tech, we received prompt, quality service and workmanship. A special thank you to Bryan, Jarim and “Little” Jim for your efforts.
Ryan is the BEST!!! He provided EXCELLENT Service in addressing our water softener needs. Ryan went above and beyond the service call and And was able to repair and service my 16 year old water softener to run like new Thank you Ryan!!!

We had an unusual issue in our 2y old home - an iron-forming bacteria in the water - luckily it posed no health risk, but really stained the tubs, grout, etc. The plumber involved in the build tried to fix the issue, and after 2y of various missteps finally gave up. We spoke to Long's and in about a week the problem was solved - and they had a long-term plan for maintenance and follow up.
