We just got our new water softening/UV system from Long’s Eco Water and couldn’t be happier. Scott came out first and did a whole water analysis and carefully went over our needs. Once we decided Jamin and Jim came out and did a great job on our install. Only a few hours without water, but it was hardly noticed. They were clean and courteous and took the time to go over our system and answer all our questions. They even removed our old dinosaur system! Cheers to the whole Long’s EcoWater Team!

Jamin came out today to install a new water treatment system. He was prompt, professional, and well prepared for the job. After installation he went over the system to make sure I understood how to operate and isolate the system. I would highly recommend Longs Water Technology.
After 20 years of nasty water we finally have clear, clean, and refreshing water! Jim provided us with several options and took a lot of time answering all our questions. Jamin and Ryan installed all the water tanks and were highly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. After a full day of installation, they both took the time to thoroughly explain our new water system. We should have used Long’s EcoWater years ago!

Jim came to my house for a quote and explained all of the options I had and considerations to take with each option. After choosing Jim’s son also Jim, installed the unit. During installation Jim was very quiet and clean. It was like he wasn’t there. Jim ran through how to work the system and he was on his way. Very simple and easy process. Kong’s also handles all the paperwork for warranties. I would definitely recommend Longs for water softener removal and installation.
Great customer service by Ben and Jim! They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Both wore masks when entering the house. They educated us on the use of the new equipment and answered any questions that we had. Would highly recommend this company!

RecommendedWe had Longs fix our water heater and well pump in late January and they were wonderful. Great quality, left the space clean & tidy after the job, and was very friendly. We will definitely use them again and would recommend to friends and family!
