Jim and Jamin did a great job installing a new well pump. They were on time, courteous and professional. I would recommend Long’s!
Bryan P came out to maintain my water softener system installed by Long's and my neutralizer unit installed earlier by another company. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and observed Covid 19 precautions and wore a mask, which I greatly appreciated. He tested my water after the treatments and noted that everything was fine. I would be happy to have him service my equipment in the future.
Longs Eco Water was great. Ryan was very professional and friendly. He showed up on time and called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. He and Ben did a nice job installing our new Eco Water softener and conferred with us before beginning the work to discuss the installation. Afterwards he explained the system to us as well as the app to monitor our new softener. I would highly recommend Longs for your water conditioning needs.
Ben did great work installing the system Victoria, and Scott were very professional over the phone/email and answered all of my questions before installation. I only have the water treatment system for a couple of days, but so far all is good. Great company to deal with.
