The surgery and staff are a breath of fresh air. I have never struggled to get a same day appointment and you're not having to argue or explain the specifics of your illness before you're allowed an appointment. Dr Mugglestone is a superb doctor and nothing is ever too much trouble when it comes to patient care. Thank you so much.
I just wanted to say what a positive and lovely experience I had yesterday morning with a young receptionist at this surgery , normally it isn’t such a nice experience at times speaking to doctor’s receptionists but she was lovely polite and helpful and got my husband booked straight into physio next week , just such a refreshing experience all round so well done that young lady , your doing an excellent job
