The transition appears to be going very well & the service is as wonderful as expected
I can't say enough wonderful things about this office...from the doctors and hygienists to the awesome front office! Even though I only see them every 6 months or so, (for over 20 years now) they always make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. They genuinely care about all of their clients. Dr. Modic is definitely missed, but I can say that Dr. Ninh made me feel just as comfortable and cared for as Dr. Modic. I have been a patient at Academy my entire life and have never had a bad experience. I remember as a child wondering why my friends did not like going to their dentist appointments because I enjoyed mine! When I left home for college, I didn't want to change dentists and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful in arranging appointments during school breaks. Now that I've moved back to the area, I continue to go to Academy and have even convinced my mother and fiance to start using Academy soon. It feels like family ever... read more
The office staff is soo friendly and helpful. I can actually say going to the dentist is not so bad after all, especially if you go to this one. I have experienced a lot of dentists, Dr. O'Shea is just great! Along with his wonderful staff that make you feel very comfortable. I am recommending Dr. O'Shea to everyone I know! Thanks to him, I'm able to smile again with confidence ;-)
I have been going to this dentist office for a while now, I was actually referred by my fiancé and his mother who are and have been patients for a very long time. I absolutely love the office, and location. Very friendly easy to talk too, and great quality service. One thing I love is that they really are concerned about you. I am so grateful for the high quality of care that I received today from Academy Dental. Everyone was professional and courteous and kind. They were able to see me on a very short notice for which I was most grateful and I really liked Dr. O'Shea.
I have continued to be highly satisfied with the "care", the "professionalism" and knowing that both are genuine. My care covers many many years with Academy Dental the treatment and care has always been a "10" rating - the best. Thanks to each of the staff.
