I was new to this dental practice. When I called they seemed very concerned about my issue and what was going. The staff got me in to see the doctor promptly. I have never been to more friendly, upbeat practice before ever!! Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was genuinely caring and concerned for my well being. Dr. Modic and his staff have been attending to my dental care for 20 years. In fact, I drive 120 miles round trip, because I am so impressed with their care. My most recent appointment was for my 6 month check-up and cleaning. I was in and out in within 40 minutes, including x-rays, a check-up by Dr. Modic and scheduling for some minor follow-on work. I have sat in a lot of Dentist chairs and I never been more pleased with the quality of service and quality of care of each patient!

I can't say enough great things about Academy Dental with Dr. Modic and Dr. Ninh and their wonderful staff! Brenda and Cynthia greet you as soon as you walk in the door as if you were family. Holly, the dental hygienist, is wonderful and very gentle with cleaning your teeth. Kim is an extension of Dr. Modic--so caring and friendly. Emily assists Dr. Ninh with his procedures and is also top notch! I was in need of having four (4) back teeth pulled and my dentist did not have the right tools to do the job. Dr. Ninh and the staff at Academy Dental Care took me right away. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and the best part NO WAITING! They were able to take me right away - it was a real pleasure going there. I would highly recommend anyone to go there especially if you have a dentistphobia - they take extra care and time to work with the folks that require that extra gentle touch!

Dr. Modic and his staff are wonderful. They are always friendly and make me feel comfortable, and at ease. Dr. Modic knows I am a real baby when it comes to dental work but he always puts me at ease; makes sure I have a painless, comfortable visit and as stress free as possible. I had a tooth that was bad and was effecting me chewing. The got me in that day and got me back in less then 15 min. They took my blood pressure and reviewed my medical history. Dr. Ninh came in and we discussed my problem and my options.We decided that the best treatment would be getting the tooth out. Dr. Ninh gave me a shot i barely felt and had the tooth out before I knew it. I would recommend Academy Dental and Dr. Ninh
