Dr. O'Shea is a welcome addition since Dr. Modic passing. I found him to be extremely professional and explains what he is going to do to his patients before he gets started with dental procedures.
I feel like the staff are always as professional and friendly as you can get. You are never rushed thru the visit and everyone at Academy Dental Care treats you with the upmost courtesy and respect.
Academy Dental Care, in my opinion, is the absolute "cream of rhe crop" in their dental care and administrative service to me. Some offices "pretend" to be kind and considerate but it's only a "facade" whereas Academy Dental is "real" in their :"niceness" to their patients. I personally have some physical "challenges" which require I receive a little extra "attention" and the entire staff at Academy Dental has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and I truly appreciate this immensely. The needles were relatively painless. It was as good an experience could be for a trip to the dentist.
