Warm welcome as I entered the office by Brenda. Followed by Stacy to the patient room and lastly to be greeted and taken care of by my dentist Dr. Thomas O'Shea.. This was my first time meeting Dr. O'Shea and he explained each step as he proceeded to fill a tiny cavity. I was very pleased with my visit today.
I had a scheduled appointment for 2pm and the office called and said they had a cancellation and could come earlier, which I did. As usual, there was no wait and the staff is very friendly. Holly takes a personal interest in her work and she could not be any friendlier. A lot of doctor's offices could take a lesson from Academy and learn about customer service.

I was made to feel comfortable. I was told what would take place before it happened and asked if that was agreeable. I was asked during the procedure if I was still comfortable and doing well. I was given an opportunity to see my xrays and the damaged area of the tooth,and the obvious reason it needed a crown.I was asked if I had any questions. My 6 year old had a tooth extraction, and x-rays. We have been taking him to a local pediatric dentist for the last 4 years. This is the first time he has successfully had x-rays and had dental work without nitrous oxide. Dr. O'Shea was patient and kind. I look forward to working with our new family dentist! Such a wonderful experience!

Academy is a small practice with a very professional and friendly staff. My appointment was for an exam, cleaning and x-rays; all of which was very thorough and surprisingly painless. I'm so happy they will be taking care of my dental needs.
