Really excellent horticultural machinery dealers. I wouldn't use anywhere else for my garden machinery parts and repairs. I always get excellent friendly service from all the staff. I highly recommend Longmoors.
Great place for Honda mower parts
Really disappointed by the customer service - we have been trading with Longmoors for years including buying several second hand quad bikes for our farm business. On the last couple of occasions we have been to collect parts the staff have been really pedantic. When I approached the manger to offer some feedback he was defensive and dismissive. I really don’t like being negative but I have had enough and I won’t be dealing by with them any more.
