I accepted to be sent to the Bovingdon surgery when my local surgery is Kings Langley - The Nap Coming with a baby of 10 months old, limited parking on high street so I had to find parking on residential side street. 11 minutes late and was advised my the receptionist the doctor might not see me? Funny as the month before, I sat in the same practice waiting for my appointment which was running over an hour late?
The best Surgery! I logged the problem at 10 and had everything sorted within an hour!
Genuinely nice receptionists and I've never had a bad experience. Great that you can get appointments in Kings Langley too.
Receptionists often get bad press, but the 2 ladies I met on Tuesday afternoon were both so very kind & caring. I was very upset, but they bent over backwards to help me, & explain lots of options I could explore. So helpful & supportive. Can't praise them enough. Thank you.
