Abi and her colleagues moved mountains for me when I had to suddenly travel for a family emergency. Despite a lack of lead time she managed to accommodate us at Welwyn Garden City and make further arrangements when my trip was extended. She and her colleagues Emma at Winchmore and Ann at Cuffley made my boy feel absolutely pampered. They looked after him so well and kept me updated and during a difficult time. Emma came to our rescue over Christmas when we needed a place for our cat to stay. We have never used a service like this before and can't recommend Emma's home more. Kind, amazing updates, lovely spaces for the cats and views to the garden. So well cared for, thank you Emma!
Louie went to Longcroft for 16 nights in January. I had tried a couple of times to get him in there previously but was always fully booked but this time I planned well in advance. I liked that they only have capacity for 6 cats so was reassured that Louie would be get lots of attention. They have a good selection of foods but I supplied Louie’s food and treats along with his meds due to him being on a specific diet.
