The idea of a cat hotel was new to our cat, but he seems to have had a great time playing and eating lovely food in the super nice clean little cat apartment. We are fully confident that next time we have a holiday, our cat will also enjoy his holiday. Thank you Lucy!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for looking after Missy and Bella during their recent stay at Longcroft. I was really worried at first, as I’ve never been away from them before, but they made me feel so much more at ease. We have 2 ragdoll cats that are not very used to people and other accomodations and noises etc. Everytime we go on holiday it’s stressful to both the cats and us. We choose Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel because we wanted to make sure our babies are taken care of and they enjoy their stay as much as we enjoy our holiday. I've let my Evey-cat stay twice now, and Lucy has been a star both times. We got regular updates and photos whilst we were away which we looked forward to and they also helped keep our minds at rest; and Evey herself noticeably relaxed quicker this second time around, which is testament to Lucy helping her settle and keep her routine as far as possible. I really recommend Longcroft - I've had consistent peace of mind with them
