Worst GP ever! AVOID AT ALL COSTS I suffer from actual health conditions which make it very difficult for me to manage my day to day life, these are known by my doctor and I’ve had treatments for them my whole life. Yet when I asked the dr to write a letter confirming these issues so I could request reasonable adjustments at work I was told by the rude receptionist that the practice manager needs me to write the letter and bring it in and then she will decide how much I have to pay. Dr Arif is a great doctor and the staff at reception are nice, but the structure here is awful. you wait ages on the phone to get an appointment, nothing is ever available for the next 2 weeks, and when you finally turn up for the appointment, 10 mins early, you’re waiting over 30 minutes AT LEAST past your appointment time to be seen. basic things too, such as no toilet facilities or water fountain available, let it down.
