The best doctor's I've been to in a long time, very professional and great staff
Not fit for purpose, been in this drs my whole 42yrs. Advised to see my gp within seven days. mornings wen i phone no appointments nearest appointment 4 weeks away, advised to go the walk in. Clearly have far to many patients. Seek alternatives
Worst gp ever . I have been on the phone for 30 min since 8 o’clock. Reception is telling me they’ve got no more appointment available ???
I went into the surgery to collect some paper work for me to have some blood tests done. The receptionist looked on her computer and told me that I had already had them done. I told her that I hadn't and that I received a text message saying to come for said paper work . She just replied that's what it says on the computer. I rang the surgery the next day and was told that the receptionist must have got confused and they would print another form out. How can you get confused about something like that?
