Poor quality glass being installed. Had 3 scratched patio glass units so far, they seem to think saying they get the units from an external supplier is a valid answer. Sorry, it's not. Advice: 1. Get your units from somewhere else or make them yourself or dont supply them 2. Check them in the SUNLIGHT before rolling the dice and delivering them to the customer and hoping for the best. Will not be using this company in the future when I get bi-folding doors.

Supplied and fitted a kitchen splashback. Very patient with us, listened, good advice, did a good job.
We have used Long Eaton glass for purple splash backs in our kitchen. They have given us excellent service each time we have added more around the work tops. I can not recommend them highly enough.
I’ve had great dealings with Long Eaton Glass in the past, but my last two dealings with them have caused me to stop using them. Specifically, the bald gentleman with a beard who works for them is hard work. He almost caused a simple job (pane removal) to be cancelled because he was confrontational and overcomplicated risk.
