Rarely get an appointment for my service user....You call at 8am get through after 20 odd minutes to be told nothing available try tommorow! This surgery is a joke. Glad i dont have to use them.
The stress the majority of reception staff have caused my other half due to her mother’s illnesses. Why appointments can’t be arranged in advance is beyond me when someone has severe conditions. What do we pay taxes and national insurance for?
Apart from Sam and Mike and Tracey the staff are unhelpful and rude. If I could rate individual staff members it would be better because unfortunately I have to mark the entire surgery down due to incompetent staff actually doing the day to day admin and operations.
Sam is amazing and I refuse to see anyone but her and my mam always makes sure she gets an appointment when Sam or Mike is in because these are the two staff members that listen to what I have to say. It is nice that they take notice of someone who is a child. The reception staff I only like Tracey because the other staff don’t help my mam get an appointment for my Nain and last year she ended up almost dying because they didn’t help and the same is happening this month. Really sad that they are like this and not helpful.
