I called to get more information on one of the services and Lakshmi really kindly took the time on to explain the offers. when I came to the place Jurga took all the time needed to explain the method I was going for. She explained everything in detail and patiently to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my choice. She also frequently checked in during the session to make sure all was okay. She was really incredibly kind and attentive. I cannot recommend the two enough! Thank you so much
NOT WORTHY OF EVEN 1 STARS - Really upsetting and the worst experience of poor management and customer service, especially LAKSHMI, so bad at management. Chasing a refund that they haven't paid, the send patronizing emails and doing nothing to resolve. no attention to detail or holding responses. The only good thing at Liverpool street is Jurga and Natasha that go above and beyond they need recognition as i dont want them tarred with the same brush as the management team. 2 months later no further forward - As a manager is v... read more
Service was top end! Their manager Ms. Mayhew and her staff are welcoming, accommodating, professional, and friendly. Services are great, leave feeling refreshed and not overpriced
