Very professional but friendly and accommodating. Treated our dog very well. They take lots of time to explain everything and give advice. Very quick referral as well.
*** Update: My little pet has a lifelong illness unfortunately and so I have been back to London Vet Specialists several times since writing my original review below. I usually don’t leave bad reviews because I believe that everyone can make mistakes and have a bad day. But the staff working at the reception of this hospital, as well as the staff who read and respond to emails (perhaps the same people), are simply awful. These are the most heartless and insensitive people I have ever met! I want to clarify straight away that my dog was put to sleep at this hospital. Our little chihuahua Winston recently spent the day at the clinic after inhaling a grass seed that needed to be removed. From start to finish, the whole team was absolutely wonderful – supportive, friendly, and so caring towards him. Winston isn’t the easiest dog when it comes to being handled, but everyone was amazing with him and made the whole experience as smooth as possible.
