UPDATE: now they are aggressively emailing me to discuss this further. they also tried to discredit my statements by claiming in their response there was “inconsistencies” in my review. truly somehow more awful experience now! my cat got traumatized AND i’m a liar? listen to the bad reviews of this place. they’re just after money. I have recently obtained information regarding the lack of medical assistance provided to my dog, Gladys, which directly contributed to her rapid deterioration and subsequent euthanasia. This clinic cares only about money, not about the health of your pet. If it were possible, I would give 0 stars. They let my dog die without giving her any real chance of survival. No proper treatment was provided — they even prescribed paracetamol for diarrhea. Please avoid this place at all costs.
I watched these vets put my best friend and her dog, who died in their care, through hell. They were horrendous in every way. And then presented her with a bill of 8k for letting her dog die. One moment they said she could come home and the next moment it was we need to put her to sleep. Avoid at all costs!!
this place was great when it was in hampstead heath. but since the move some of the vets and specialists have changed. i brought my cat in this spring for her normal heart scan (she is 8 years and has had 8 heart scans with no need for sedation, every vet commented she is so sweet and no trouble) then when i brought her here for her final check up before relocating to another country- first our appointment was rescheduled by the clinic twice then we finally got there, they said my cat would have to wait one hour to be seen. ... read more
