I warn people to stay away from this company. My experience with them has been truly dreadful and endless nightmares which still continues. They have taken my deposit payment of £5,000 and had never refunded the funds to me against their own Terms and Conditions, despite the promised work has NEVER BEEN DELIVERED. Their director, Santi, have rushed me to pay the deposit asap to secure their schedule. Santi and team did beautiful work and were very conscientious and thorough at every step of the process, resulting in a wonderful balcony.
I couldn’t be happier with the work done by this tiling company. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. The tiler was not only skilled but also incredibly respectful of our home, always punctual, tidy, and focused on getting every detail right. WARNING!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I provided tiling for London Tiling company and despite completing the work as agreed I have not been compensated for my time and effort I have had to snag his staff's (main two tilers) work on multiple jobs, poorly executed left with chips and no primer used, this he said I had to do in order to receive payment owed to me from a previous job, simply poor workmanship.
