She’s attentive, is quick to respond and resolves matters quickly and efficiently whilst keeping the tenants updated throughout the process. Shannon goes above and beyond to ensure matters are done smoothly for the tenants. Having a great property managers makes all the difference when renting in London.
Professional in all their dealings. Property Manager Craig N is an excellent addition to the team.
Tiaan manages our property and he is always very quick and responsive. He is fast acting in trying to find solutions to any issues we have presented him with and I am very happy with the outcomes so far! There have been other issues out of Tiaan's control that have not always been handled in the best way.
