Practice were unable to clearly explain how to book an appointment. Apparently they think exchanging tons of messages over a dubious messaging app is desirable. Avoid.
0 stars if I could. I regret ever coming to this practice. This is by far the worst medical practice I've experienced. Every month, they prescribe the wrong medication—even though I've been on the same tablets for over five years. When I try to correct this, the receptionist refuses to listen, hangs up the phone, and becomes aggressive when challenged. The worse GP I have ever been. Getting a face to face appointment? Good luck mate. If you're sick? They'll take it by guess with what you have. The reception is bad and disrespectful. Will definitely transfer again.
I had been feeling unwell for 13 days and tried everything over-the-counter with no improvement. This morning, I decided to call my GP, and I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. The appointment was arranged quickly, and the doctor I saw was absolutely amazing—attentive, understanding, and very thorough.
