I have recently found it increasingly difficult to secure an appointment, often being redirected to local pharmacies or GP hubs instead. Additionally, I have noticed that reception staff appear to be determining whether appointments are warranted, which raises concerns about the appropriateness of care being provided. I believe it is crucial to address these issues to ensure that all patients have access to the necessary medical support they require.

Practice were unable to clearly explain how to book an appointment. Apparently they think exchanging tons of messages over a dubious messaging app is desirable. Avoid.
0 stars if I could. I regret ever coming to this practice. This is by far the worst medical practice I've experienced. Every month, they prescribe the wrong medication—even though I've been on the same tablets for over five years. When I try to correct this, the receptionist refuses to listen, hangs up the phone, and becomes aggressive when challenged.
