Definitely 5 stars from me. From the moment we walked into the showroom we felt in safe hands. We only have a small bathroom so were delighted with Matt’s design. The team from London Road Bathrooms has transformed my bathroom and I highly recommend them. They are honest, professional, resourceful and innovative. Matt Casey designed a bathroom that I love and (another) Matt oversaw the work, which presented more challenges than we had imagined as they uncovered previous botched work. Alex helped us out from a tight spot when another supplier let us down. He was super fast at providing quotes, responsive over email, and even spotted a couple of things missing from our order, as well as a couple of inconsistencies. Could be happier with the service we got.
I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. Matt's design made great use of an unusual space and his recommendations for furniture and fittings were first class. The final design was realised by a superb installation team. Managed by another Matt everyone worked so well together and they were all so helpful and a pleasure to have around. Can't recommend enough!
