I had a nasal endoscopy during my appointment and the ENT specialist was excellent. He was very gentle throughout the procedure, which made it much more comfortable than I expected. He also took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and what he could see, which was very reassuring. I felt well cared for and would definitely recommend him.
Since the beginning of my surgery journey, Dr Patel has been honest, clear, knowledgeable and supportive about the surgery. I was in great hands throughout the process and I experienced the highest quality of care! If I had a question or worry, I was able to email and get a response within a couple days.
