They have ignored numerous emails and screened my calls regarding an issue with the job they did for us. This could have been resolved with a partial refund given we paid for services they didn't provide (1 moving van was sent instead of the 2 we paid for), but instead, they are refusing to engage in any conversation. If you are considering using London Removals Team, I would suggest you use another company instead.

absolute joke one of there vans hits our van leaves a note with name of company and phone number no reg etc and now the company are saying we need a reg number , our van was parked, all they need to do is check the vans tracker and see who was in that area at that time , we are now contacting the Police
