My uncle lived in an L &Q bungalow til he died last October. It has been 6 months since then and they are still messing me about paying what was left in hus rent account. There was no probate, it was straightforward. It was for less than £300! After waiting over a month for a cheque (yes they still insist on cheques. Not shocked or surprised at this rating neither am I shocked that they haven't improved there services. Take Take Take but never do do do their job I hope they go belly up greedy lazy liars
I had good and bad experiences as a L&Q resident,the problems lies in how they respect the residents,there's a certain delimitation between rentee and shareholders,the last being treated with more promptiness. The same delimitation is in use if you don't belong to specific ethnicities and I'm referring here to L&Q staff mostly,less the Customer Service department who bear the whole weight on their shoulders being the business frontline.
