Avoid this agency at alla costs! I rented a room from London Property Managers in May 2024 and was shocked by the unhygienic state of the bathroom (mold, dirt, broken facilities). Despite paying £1,400 upfront, the conditions were unliveable. This affected me psychologically and emotionally and since i lost my money: 1400£ i ended up homeless and having to jump from a hostel to another. They didn't want to give me back my money. I would not recommend using them because I lost my money because of them.
Excellent property and quite reasonably priced.
Put my name on a bill when my contract said bills included, No response or cooperation when asking them to change it now am in debt. When living there constantly rude and biased. Don’t rent from there at all costs, I am still spending time rectifying their damage
