Amazing Support and move in guidance from Anna and Jasmine!
Have to undo my previous 5 star review. The agent made a great job at signing the deal (Thank you Aneris) and unfortunately showed 0 interest at helping me moving in, setting up the heating system, communicating with landlord and ignoring some of my requests for months. I live in Riverside Quarter and I love the venue, but the agent is not adding any value apart from being on the contract and setting up the payments for the landlord. We recently found a flat to rent in Battersea and we had two fantastic people help us, Aneris and Jasmin. We are very grateful for their patience and care. Our situation is a bit traumatic and our move to London is not easy on our souls, so we were hoping for a calm and straight forward experience, and that is what it has been.
