I paid a holding deposit of £500to reserve a property. Despite the tenancy not going ahead due to some reasons , this agency has refused to return the deposit. I followed all necessary steps and communicated clearly, but they stopped responding once I asked for a refund. There was no valid reason given for keeping the deposit. These people are unprofessional rude scum bags with a roadman customer service. Martin is a roadman treats customers like he is on the streets selling crack he has no knowledge of basc customer service . They took £170 holding deposit from me for a property that has been rented to someone else. I went to thier office on wednsday afternoon it was closed, went thier again on thursday morning it was closed. i called thier numbers they never picked up they are big thiefs .
My greatest gift for this year is getting a comfortable accommodation and my honour goes to the Director Martin who gave me this opportunity. Many thanks❤❤❤❤
I really don't know where to start. Very welcoming and friendly environment. Martin and Natalie are very helpful. Will be recommending to everyone I know. 5 stars is not enough to rate the amazing job done by Martin. He was an angel that god sent to us in a moment of need.
