I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up from your customer service team. I initially emailed Simona and never received a reply. I then called and spoke with Maria/Marie, who assured me I’d receive a call back before COB – this did not happen. Dominic is so efficient and such a pleasure to deal with! We are from Singapore and getting anything done for the house was so challenging till we were introduced to Dominic and LLNH. He took everything in hand and cleaned, fixed, dealt with everything so seemingly effortlessly, quickly and efficiently. His experience and advice is invaluable.
