Completed an iron panel test, got a surprisingly high iron result. When I looked into this, multiple medical sources online say you need to fast before taking this test. At no point did the London Health Company instructions tell me to fast. Therefore it was a waste of time/money. Have reached out to the company via email and Whatsapp and they have not responded.
I have bought 4 test I got one result back , you guys , I was treated many time to ask on WhatsApp someone could help me because it will be my first time to do it , it wasn’t any help never do it in here again
This is a terrible company. I placed an order for a test in Nov 24 - yes it's my fault that I didn't realise the order didn't get delivered for some time due to personal circumstances going on in my life at that time. However, I contacted the company multiple times to let them know I haven't received it (they would have seen that I never sent the test back to be examined). Very good experience - a lot quicker than advertised. No issues collecting enough blood with the lancets. Posted it the morning I took the blood and had the results the next day.
