I viewed an apartment in Finchley through London Habitat and absolutely loved it. I followed up with Bler, expressed strong interest, and even agreed to offer above the asking rent. Unfortunately, I was later told the apartment had already been rented a week earlier by a colleague — something Bler was unaware of. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Best agency ever, in London! Very professional and friendly at the same time. Bler and Mandy have been really good with me and my flat mate ,they helped us a lot with their hard work, specially when we had to leave our apartment. They supported us at any stage and helped us to find a replacement for our apartment in order to save lots of money. We'll never thank them enough. I truly recommend this agency to everyone. As someone moving to London alone for the first time, I was nervous and overwhelmed, but Bler was so kind and supportive from the beginning.
