Just had London Flat Roofing out for a very minor repair (on Friday 13) and am very impressed with the knowledge and also one of the few places I would trust to do a proper job as well as one that meets building regs.

A few months ago, I had my roof balcony waterproofed by Steven Dickinson and his team from London Flat Roofing, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Steven first conducted a survey, identifying the leak source as rainwater splashing back off the new decking I laid and into the brickwork. The issue stemmed from the previous roofers not waterproofing the brickwork parapet along the sides of the roof. I did not use the business because am a DIY but I decided to ring Steve hoping for some info on a warm roof for an outhouse. I had watched some of his tubes. Although I was not using his services he kindly spend some time on the phone giving some sound advice and send an email with some useful links. Thanks

Living in Ireland, I reached out to Steve for advice, as I had a number of issues to complete a flat cold roof project. Steve came back with a lot of information and advice regarding the build out. Extremely efficient and kind enough to help even those people he wont be able to work with directly.

Steven is a very professional and knowledgeable individual, I strongly recommend using his services for any roofing need. He was very quick to get back to me and his advisory attitude helped me to have a clear picture of costing and repairing needed for a property that I was buying. Highly recommended!
