SERVICE SO BAD THAT IT FEELS LIKE A SCAM. Apparently now dissolved but avoid at all costs if they are still operating - and look out for them setting up again in future under a different name. So incompetent, slow, and hard to reach that they feel like scam artists. Horrible service, product and installation. Despite paying 55k+ for a project in Battersea, they used very cheap material. The roller blinds are falling off after a few months of installation. The blackout blinds do not provide complete blackout and the company had to attend a few times before being able to fix that. The blinds are not connected to electricity and the charging points ( wires) are sticking out everywhere and not even charging the automatic blind!! The communication is terrible. Rarely do they pick up the phone. Alex who handles calls simply passes on messages. Bradley and Jason (the owner) are out of the office and so uncontactable. The units when installed are ok, Sergei I believe is the installer but I have been waiting on a walk on roof light blind for months after the rest of the blinds were delivered. No updates, no warnings, no proof it exists. I have given up on the business and getting the last item made by another company.
TERRIBLE. They took almost £10K in March - and in October the work is still NOT completed. They do not answer the phone, emails or give any reassurance the work will be done. We should have taken other peoples bad reviews seriously. Do not get yourself in the same vulnerable situation as we did.
Just had my blinds fitted and I am very happy with them. The motorised blinds are fantastic especially when put on the timer. The installation took a little longer than I expected but the guys were extremely thorough and tidy. The advisor that came round initially was very helpful and the advice was spot on. All round great service.
