Really happy with this company, first time of using and will use in future. Price was as quoted but well worth the money. Ben Roberts, the staff member who attended our property was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He explained the problem with the drain and that we could have a different type of clean and there was no pressure on us to have this. We did anyway and are absolutely delighted with the work. Thanks Ben and the staff at London Drains Direct.

Joe was brilliant and a really nice guy. He arrived promptly, was calm and polite, and explained everything to me clearly. He worked quickly and carefully, and was careful to make as little mess as possible. He unblocked the drain with minimum fuss, and I was very grateful to him for making the whole process aa stress-free as possible for me. Would definitely recommend.
