Landlords be warned: This must be one of the worst letting agents on the streets. They consistently under manage properties in their portfolio, think unnecessary vacancy due to being disorganised, below market rental agreements due to negligence / lack of care, and no communication with either landlord or tenants which results in all sorts of repercussions (e.g. leaks persisting, installation of wrong white goods resulting in permanent water damage, forgetting to renew contracts in time, not negotiating new contract terms in... read more
